Interesting that you didn't notice it in the mirror
I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.
Glad you're here!
to the Team, Megan. I agree with Nell about the doctor visit, but at 18 you might have just gone through a 'baby fat' loss stage. Also, some college freshmen gain weight, the dreaded Freshman 15, but others find their lives so much busier that the reduction in food intake (no time to eat) and increase in activity (especially walking all over a large campus) will actually result in freshman weight loss. At any rate, drop by the campus clinic and get a quick check up! It couldn't hurt!

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient : all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
If you lost weight without trying, you might want to check with your doctor. My friend was thrilled that weight had fallen off so easily and it turned out she had a thyroid problem. My husband had 15 pounds fall off and it was diabetes. A visit to the doc is always a good idea regarding weight change.
No one ever got up in the morning wishing she'd eaten more the night before.
Original Goal: 114. Current old lady goal: 106.

Hi! I'm Megan, I had a very strange weight loss journey, basically I just suddenly noticed that all of my pants were falling off! Anyway, no matter how I did it, I'm now very happy at 150 lbs (which is good for my height) and I'm looking forward to learning about other peoples journeys. I hope to keep at my goal weight and get stronger and stronger all my life!
