I have been Sparking since July 2011 and loving every minute of it! I am proud to say I have been maintaining my goal weight of 130 lbs (+/- 2 lbs) since the beginning of February!
I had good motivation to keep the weight off for the first 3 weeks - I have a reward/incentive program going with my husband for working out and I got a nice cash bonus if I met and then maintained my goal weight for 3 weeks. That was almost 2 weeks ago and so far so good. I did let loose a little that first week (bought some candy - but kept my indulgences to less than 200 calories a day) but since then I have done a pretty good job.
I was excited to see this group being talked about in the comments on one of Dr. Birdie's blogs about maintaining. This is exactly the kind of support I want and need!
I track my food every single day and work out 6 times a week. Over the last couple months, I have transitioned to less cardio (but more variety) and more ST. I have gotten used to staying in a lower range of calories as a result. I want to increase my lean muscles mass but keep my weight about the same.
I am hoping to get pregnant soon so I know I will not be maintaining my actual goal weight - but I want to maintain my habits so I have a happy, healthy pregnancy and am able to lose the weight afterwards!
Looking forward to getting to know some of my teammates!
