Have you considered joining the Syracuse spark team? They LOVE Zumba over there - I see from your page you do too. They even had a special Zumba event for local spark people, and recently sent an email about another Zumba event coming up...

I've forwarded the message to you. Sometimes it really helps to meet local folks.

What area do you live in?

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached on January 17, 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.

Hi Melissa, welcome to the team!
One good place to start is the (aptly named) start page. You'll find it under the "My Trackers" link. There you can read about the SP diet stages which are full of good advice and progress from stage to stage over a few weeks. Get familiar with the food, exercise, and water trackers, also available under the "My Trackers" menu. Keep doing what you are doing, exploring teams and participating in the discussion too.
