One good place to start is the (aptly named) start page. You'll find it under the "My Trackers" link. There you can read about the SP diet stages which are full of good advice and progress from stage to stage over a few weeks. Get familiar with the food, exercise, and water trackers, also available under the "My Trackers" menu. Keep doing what you are doing, exploring teams and participating in the discussion too.
