Hi. Just joined and thought I should intruduce myself.
I got to my target weight in late November, and so far seem to be able to stay within a pound or two of it either way, but to be honest I think I'm more anxious about maintaining my weight than I was about losing it - I managed to restrict weigh-ins to once a week when I was trying to lose the pounds but now I seem to hop on every other day !
That's a big part of why I'm now using SparkPeople fully. I first joined in May last year, but I was already using a different website for my food and exercise logging at that time so it seemed best to stick with what was working and I just used Spark People to log my weight and to read some of the articles.
But I feel SparkPeople has more resources that help towards having a healthy lifestyle generally rather than just healthy weight loss, so I've recently switched my food and exercise logging to here and am and trying to become a bit more involved.
