I followed the same track: decided now was the time, found Sparkpeople, reached my initial goal, figured I might as well try for a lower one, then found that an even lower one was, as you say, "do-able." But I've only been maintaining for about 3 months, so your news is really encouraging to me.
Hope you'll join the challenge when it next rolls around. It's a real motivator for us to stay on track.
Started at 138, aiming for 125. Got there, and 120 seemed possible. Got THERE, and 118 seemed possible. Got THERE, and 115 seemed possible. And that's where I want to stay. Maintain, maintain, maintain.
