My goal weight was 125 which I think I reached last January and then I kept losing to the point where I recently hit 104 lbs, the very bottom of my BMI. The last few days I've been eating additional carbs because people keep asking me if I'm OK or if I have enough food.
Actually, when I reached goal I set myself a new goal of getting out of debt. I've been working on it since 2008, but I have made that more of a focus. I think I'll be out of debt by sometime next spring if all goes well. Then I'll set myself another goal.
So when you've reached goal and you're wondering "Now what?", think of something else you might like to achieve. There are always new goals out there to be achieved!
I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. Now I'm just trying to keep my weight up so I don't hit the bottom of my BMI which is 104 lbs. My maintenance range is 110 to 120.
