Thanks for posting here .... I have subscribed. We lived in Turkey for a year and I felt we ate like royalty and never gained a pound... their diet is very similar.... lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, olive oil, lots of tea, mostly flat breads... meat is usually lamb and lots of fish.
The fruits in season are wonderful... beautiful figs, luscious melons, peaches and in winter oranges the size of softballs with juice to dribble down your chin...
