Hi i just joined the team.. it looked interesting and fitting .. because I as of today I changed everything on my sparkpage I changed the colors I started everything fresh my goals my calories even that I am not in the losing weight I went for the being healthy lifestyle...I wanted to spice things up turning a new leaf sort of say...I have been in a grunt now for the past couple of months i have lost so far 25 pounds but need to get 30 more... so this seems to be the right place...

Taking one day at a time.
I know that I can do it.
