Hi to you all, my days have been very challenging. I'm working at stopping smoking, reducing my cholesterole and maintainig good mental health. I know that we all face many challenges and think that hey all fit together so supporting each other is important. Keeping in check with my doctor has seen my blood pressure is stable. My family I include in keeping my overal health on track. I know that I have my Civil Union coming up and need to make sure that all of the above is kept on track. By doing this I am ensuring that my health is good from Head to Toe. That way I can get good sleep and be on top of what ever comes my way. I have worked my way through the Spark Pages adding bits onto the pages to show how everything is intertwinned. This is a great site.
