Congrats on reaching goal!
It was losing that I felt was very difficult. I have been maintaining for a year and a half now and loving it! I do just one hour of cardio a day, and track everything I eat, a very simple formula! Spark's trackers really do work when used properly.

Hi and welcome,. Linda!! It is hard, but it's worth it........move a little more; eat a little less....but I still enjoy some of my favorites with absolute portion control, otherwise, I will need to leave this team, and I'm not going to do that!! LOL!!

In a few weeks I'll be at 2 years of maintaining. I started with small steps I felt I could keep up forever, and I just keep on with those. What catches me now &then is grabbing "just a few" crackers, nuts, rice cakes ... And then a few more, and a few more ... It's easy to overeat if I'm not careful to measure out portions. In general, I find if I didn't do it while trying to lose, I better not do it now, and if I did it (walking, gym time, etc) then, I'd better be doing it now. One choice at a time, we Can Do This! Welcome!!

The journey really starts here, it doesn't finish here. OK, the learning began as you lost the weight, but like you, I've found the real challenge is to stay motivated to maintain a level of activity and healthy eating when you AREN'T trying to lose. It's easy to fall back into bad habits, or for that matter, to go the other way and push yourself so hard that you burn out!

So, to balance, and finding it! Welcome to your new life. You've worked for it. You've earned it. And you're worth it!

My name is Linda new to team I hit my goal weight last month and working hard ot maintain it for the long haul This is the part that always gets me I can lose fairly easy its the maintaining it I am now working on to tone & tighten up and lose the body fat% want ot drop 5% of body fat
