In a few weeks I'll be at 2 years of maintaining. I started with small steps I felt I could keep up forever, and I just keep on with those. What catches me now &then is grabbing "just a few" crackers, nuts, rice cakes ... And then a few more, and a few more ... It's easy to overeat if I'm not careful to measure out portions. In general, I find if I didn't do it while trying to lose, I better not do it now, and if I did it (walking, gym time, etc) then, I'd better be doing it now. One choice at a time, we Can Do This!
