Thanks all for the encouragement and healthy tips. I agree I don't think it's going to be that difficult to mange. I'll just stay here on sp to get my motivation and remember where I don't won't to go back to. Just continue to do what I did to get here. Thanks again everyone

Hi I'm Jackie and I am at my goal weight 145!! Wonderously Blessed It's been such a long journey, yrs & yrs of up and down. I can admit now that I didn't really believe I would ever see this number, I just picked it because the charts said for my age,weight, yada, yada this where I should be. So...I've always been a walker for years and yrs. Then I went through a little depression time in my life and had no transpo, but there was a bike/hike trail a block away. I started going there to walk and unwind, then decided to run a little(cause everybody else was) so I ran 1min-walk1min, over and over. Wow I felt pretty good, and I forgot I had life problems going on, day after day I would make my way to the trail and run. Soon I was reading online stuff on running, more running. I signed up for a 5K run (didn't know what I was going to do when the gun went off, but I was commited) Race day, I panic for a minute but went through with it and finished in 34min!! I WAS HOOKED..continued my running thing for a while just little short runs but running. The weight started to come down, slowly. Then my daughter talked me into joining an outdoor bootcamp. I was terrified!! Didn't know what they were going to do to me, but it was literaly across the street(same trail) I WAS HOOKED AGAIN. This was and still is my love!! I do this 3time week 5:30am with some ex-military guys as my coaches LOVE IT. Anyway, back to the story, the weight kinda stop falling off. I went to a class reunion and met up with one of my classmates who is a personal trainer YES, we began to communicate(phone-email-text) she was in my home town, Kansas City and I was now living in Houston. She was and is a Godsent, she helped me see it was my eating that I needed to control along with the exercise. ***I found sparkpeople, and the rest is TODAY. I will continue to plan, track, and workout as well as keep my trainer consultant on speed dial. But, the end of this is; if you can believe and commit you can do it. I highly recommend a weight loss coach/trainer/motivator;as a matter of fact I am planning to take a course in personal training so I can be a help to someone as well. Whewwwww, once I got started I had a lot to tell, huh? emoticon
I heard someone say on a commercial and I repeat' Seriously, I get to live my life in THIS BODY!! hot-damn I'm excited' (from size 16 to 6)
