Wow! you are an active one. I like walking and I recently started running on the treadmill. Haven't quite gotten the hang of it outside yet but will keep plugging away at it. Keep up that active lifestyle it's the only way to maintain. BTW there are a lot of instructional videos to learn the website. Also check your start page they have various links to things of interest.
