Wow! You're an inspiration! I walk/run for 2 - 3 miles 4 - 5 nights a week with my dog and do some cross training DVD's or strength training on the other days. You go, girl!!

Wow! you are an active one. I like walking and I recently started running on the treadmill. Haven't quite gotten the hang of it outside yet but will keep plugging away at it. Keep up that active lifestyle it's the only way to maintain. BTW there are a lot of instructional videos to learn the website. Also check your start page they have various links to things of interest.

had a 'fun' run with my new bsc socks - 16.5 kms in 1:49:16, 1460 calories burned. swimming tomorrow - maybe 2000 m individual medley.

I am not in your league for activity, although I used to do more. Now I walk as my main exercise and I got a Wii Fit last winter which kept me going in the severe weather.

nearly time for my run - 16.5kms, in about 1hr 45mins would be good. what fitness activities do you like? I'm not sure how to work this site yet - would like to link it to facebook

love swimming, running, music and writing. currently engaged in marathon trail running in adelaide hills 26km down, 32, 56 and 105 trails coming up. don't like bikes, but will get on one for some triathalons in summer. other goals include ironman event, henley to grange butterfly swim - 2kms, Rottnest Island swim - 21 kms, various events in europe and americas 2nd half of 2012
