Thank you so much for the warm welcome! I agree so much with you Khanes72! That is what I have been doing. Working out and adjusting my calories as needed. LOL! Glad to hear I will be getting so much support. Thank you!

Hello and welcome to the team! I've been maintaining for close to seven weeks and have found this team very helpful. What I've learned is that my maintenance pretty much has to follow what i did to lose the weight. i added in a few more calories in the form of healthy snacks and i have a treat now and then but i try not to let them become a habit. i guess that's why they're called treats!

Good luck to you!

Even after 7 1/2 years of maintaining, I still find some great ideas and inspiration to continue on. It never becomes automatic. Your mind always has to be "in gear".

Welcome! From one Susie to another! Maintaining for me means continuing the habits I worked hard to build. It's not about "I did it and now can go back to my old ways." what got you here will keep you here. Remind me of that, & I'll do the same for you!

Hi, Susie, and emoticon to At Goal and Maintaining. I love this team, because it provides the emoticon one might need to keep on keeping it off!

I joined over a year ago, shortly before I hit my goal, and it's been a life-saver to find other maintainers who have great advice and strategies to stay motivated and maintaining.

emoticon on reaching your goal! Well done!

I hit maintenance a few weeks ago and just happened to find this team while visiting another sparker's page. I am looking forward to meeting you all.
