I hit my goal of 140, the first time, in May 2006. Thanks to my phys-ed teacher, Bob Harper and my determination... I got there. My biggest problem was my calories intake, but after correcting.. the pounds shedded off. In June 2006, the day I graduated, I weighed 133 pounds.

Over the years, I gradually gained weight again, but not to the same amount as before. I've always stayed surrounded by some kind of excersise, swimming, martial arts and the weight room. I'm now at 144.0 and hovering.. hoping that I'll see that number again :D !!
