I had never done regular strength training until I came to SP. The program SparkP generated for me was great. I could actually do it. Earning the points rewarded me and I have stuck with it (and cardio training) for the first time in my life. Now I have biceps and muscle definition I never knew I could have. Feeling strong and healthy is a great feeling. Hope you will give it a try.
