to the Team!!! I just went up a few pounds over November and it's a hard fight, but you just have to fight! I got them back off and I know better not to slip again!
I've also lost over 80 pounds. I am trying to get back to my lowest weight, so I have a few more pounds to shed again. (I was 2.4 pounds over my lightest Weight Watcher weight on Friday, and 4.2 pounds over my lightest weight here at home.) After a couple months of trying to lose without success, but still delighted to be down 80 pounds, I have felt back on the track for losing the last week.
I plan to hit my "happy weight" by the end of January.

Haveing lost 84 pound and feel great i have put 7 pound of it back on want to get rid of it befor 7 pound becomes 14 pound. I know its only 13 days to Chrismas would like to start trying to eat less now befor the big day then start again in the new year. Would love to here from any one who wants to slim doun too and we can help each other will reply to all mail.
Time to get back on track.
