Hi went to the DR this week and he told me it is time to stop losing weight. I did have my goal at 120 but he said no for my age. I will be 60 in Dec. I am 132 I was 214 when I started here on Spark over a year ago. So now I am in the maintenance stage. So I am from NY I have 3 teams here on spark. I am a motivator and you can all check out my blogs and page. I lost 93 pounds with the help of Spark and many people here.

Annie, congratulations and welcome. The best things that help me keep my weight where I want it (have been at goal for over 5 years with one 15 lb. slip-up when I broke my leg) is to continue to use the nutrition and fitness trackers. I really think about what I put in my mouth when i know I am going to put it in the tracker. It also helps me keep track of what I can eat for dinner and if I have some room for a treat. I love it.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.

My name is Anne and I reached my goal weight this week. This week is also my 1year SP anniversary but never really used the site till April. I have lost almost 2 stone and now want to keep it off. Feel a bit lost and uncertain NEVER want to let the weight creep on again. I live in Essex in England I will be 52 next week,I am married with two grown up children who have left home.I work as a nurse so do shifts, so I have to plan meals and exercise or it is easy to slip. I read, garden, enjoy housework and my home.
