Welcome, Cahuno, to the At Goal and Maintaining Team! Congrats on your weight loss. Your fitness routine sounds like a good one; very wise to use yoga to help your back. Losing the last part of your weight slowly is a great way to learn maintenance. You will just add a little bit now to maintain.

So glad you have joined us!!

This is a great team to help us remember where we came from as more people reach their goals and start the longer journey of staying there!

Welcome! Just stick with it and have faith. My last ten took as long as the first fifty! :-)

Reached my goal November 2009!

Check out the couch to 5K program. It is a great way to bring you along slowly from not running to running. Definitely rest a day between runs.

I am getting close to my goal weight and it is coming off slow!! I exercise for 30 minutes every morning. I use tapes and alternate between aerobics and strength training. I follow that with 12-14 minutes of yoga or etc for my back - I have a bad back and have for 40 years. Then I use my inversion table for 7 minutes. I have started walking for 2.2 miles twice a week. At a fast pace. I would love to start jogging but have been too worried about my knees. But sneak in a little jogging for short periods.

Hope I can learn a lot from this Team. Want to be a member for a long timeemoticon
