Welcome, Geinah, to the At Goal and Maintaining Team! I have yoyo'ed for many years, but SparkPeople nutrition tracker, fitness tracker, and meal plan suggestions have really helped me figure out how to eat and be active enough to stay at goal weight.
It's not always easy, but it is definitely worth it. You can do it!!

It is a life style, not a life sentence.
I'm a former yo-yo, too... and have found this team most helpful in keeping the cheers alive for staying here and keeping our chins up!

Hi Geinah. Congratulations on your weight reduction and welcome to the team.
It's a great place to get encouragement and support and to share your concerns, ideas, progress and achievements. I was yo-yo woman too but this team has helped me maintain for over a year now.
Good luck with maintaining.

I didn't "make it happen" the first time, I "made it happen" the last time!
My goal weight has been reached for a while now. At first, I was afraid to say it out loud - like I would wake up one morning and it would all be back! As a champion "Yo-Yo" woman, this is really new territory for me.
All help is gratefully appreciated!
