Hey, Wendy. Welcome to our wonderful team of hard working maintainers. I bounce around about the same level you do. I sat my maintenance range at 126-133, but I try to keep my first thing in the morning weigh ins below 130.

Wish I could say I eat perfect, but not so. I am trying to focus on progress, not perfection. My binges have gotten much smaller and much less frequent, although I'm feeling more and more ready to give them up altogether. We'll see.

Again, welcome to our team.

Hello Everyone, I just joined this team because I need help with a goal weight and you all seem very helpful. I have my goal at 140 however I have been told by many people I shouldn't lose anymore. I'm 5'6. How did you all figure out when you had lost enough? I've never gotten this close to goal before so I'm lost! I am still losing very slowly so I must have more to lose, right?

Welcome to the At Goal and Maintaining Team! Congrats on achieving your best goal weight. That's awesome. I'm impressed with that marathon, too.

I've been at a healthy BMI for 16 months now and at my personal goal for about 6 months. I have tracked my food the whole time -- except I took off 2 weeks for vacation just recently and did okay. I'm going back on tracking again, though. Tracking my food gives me the confidence I need to eat and eat healthy.

Again, welcome to our team. So glad you have joined us.

Welcome to the team, Wendy...and congratulations on making it to your goal weight and completing your first half marathon! That's so awesome. My weight flunctuates daily 5 pounds, so I do think that's normal. This is a great team for maintainers to share tips and motivation. So glad you found us!

Currently maintaining 120 to 125 pounds for nearly a year!

Hola!! My name is Wendy. I live in Puerto Rico. Started SP back In July 2009 at 160 (I had already lost like 3-5 lbs). After 4 months of tracking food and fitness, 100% committed, I Lost 25 lbs and made it to my first goal weight. Then I stopped tracking food, started training for and completed my first half marathon. I still track fitness and am active on SP. Took me about 5 more months to actually see 130 on the scale, my ultimate goal weight, and that's where I'm at now and have been for about 3 months- so I've been pretty good maintaining. I fluctuate 129 - 133. But I think that's normal. I joined this team to learn how other maintainers are doing and hopefully learn and share tips and ideas for staying on track. Adios Sparkies!
