I agree completely with the topic of this discussion. So many friends who know about my big weight loss always want me to "fill them in on the secret"....well, it's physical fitness! They always seem disappointed to find out that it's not a pill, shake or program. Get out there and move your body...that's what it's for, right?

Currently maintaining 120 to 125 pounds for nearly a year!

I am currently reading a geat book called Thin for Life by Anne M. Fletcher. In it they stress that to maintain weight loss a person should exercise at least 60 minutes every day. Lorraine

Hello All,

My name is Melissa I'm 30 yrs old and training for my first TRI. I have always been involved with fitness due to the military but I must say once I separated from the Air Force it was a lot easier to be less discipline. Now I am starting everything from square one. I have altered my eating habits and increased my fitness activities. I am very excited for this new lifestyle.
