I was a yo-yo dieter for most of my life and tried so many 'diets' but they were always only short-term successful. The Spark program with it's emphasis on taking responsibility and setting small sustainable goals for yourself has helped me to lose and keep it off for 2 years so far. Take the time to keep a food journal or use the nutrition tracker, to see when, where and why you are eating as you do. When you are ready, set realistic goals for yourself, drink lots of water, get more activity into your life even if its just a 10 minute walk a day, and remember to reward yourself with non-food rewards along the way.
