Thank you!!
I'm sorry it's taken me this long to reply.
I was not expecting this kind of welcome-again

.
I'm still at 4 pounds from goal; however, even though I was journalizing, I had stopped tracking calories while I was away in Las Vegas and upon my return.
Luckily, I didn't gain any weight in Vegas (I brought my pedometer; walked a lot; and went up & down a lot of stairs).
I started tracking calories yesterday.
Being close to goal weight, my priority is maintaining my exercise schedule. I have completed 26 weeks in row of a minimum of 4 days/week and tomorrow will make it 27 weeks in a row. Most days I only log 30 to 45 minutes; however, when the weather is right I kayak, hike, or bike on weekends. Those days I get a lot of "minutes". So far this year, I have logged 4,622 minutes of exercise on the Spark site.
I also care about eating healthy, lots of fruits & veggies, and journalizing my food.
I'm in my 60's and work full time.
I love the Spark site; but have myself in danger of running late for work because it is hard to walk away from. I will be limiting my time on the site at home with most of my postings on my lunch or break.
So please bear with me I am slow to respond.
I will copy & paste some of this information to your introduce yourself site.
Again, thank you so much for the warm welcome and to OldMom (it was so great to meet you

) for starting this link.
