Track your food. Run your nutrition report every day. I recommend you track all 75 nutrients that SP can track.
Exercise is about cardio and strength training. If you don't already do strength training (I didn't before I came to SP) let SparkPeople generate you a program. 2 days of upper body, 2 of lower body and 2 of abs works well. After 4 months of that, I joined a gym.
Water - track your 8 glasses a day.
Sleep - add as other goal. Go for 8 hours a day.
Be sure to log in. Read lots of articles - get good info and get points. Set up your own page. Choose some friends. Be active on teams. Join a challenge or 2 or 10.
