emoticon I have found great advice here. I am finding maintenance a little more tricky than losing but it's starting to come together for me (it's only been about 2 months for me so I'm still finding my groove).

I have recently decided that my current weight of 145 is a comfortable and maintainable weight for me. I am looking for support and helpful hints from others whom have been successful at maintaining and hearing what obstacles team members have run into.
