emoticon I'm glad that you found the team and I know I've found some great advice just by reading what others have already posted here. I am finding the maintenance phase a different kind of challenge than losing it was but I'm enjoying the ride.

I've always found maintenance to be a bigger challenge than losing in the first place, mainly because you get so much support while losing. This team is a place that gives one another the boost to keep taking care of ourselves when those numbers on the scale are no longer the reward or the goal!

Hi. I just found your group, and I'm so pleased. I've been at goal and maintaining for about 8 months. I have struggled with the many challenges between losing and maintaining. I have experienced the joy of the new clothes, new self-image and newly found confidence through my weight loss. I exercise, and guess what--missed the gym because I am reading all the blogs.
