If you have the mindset that you've changed your lifestyle to lose weight, not that you did a temporary diet, then maintenance is not so hard. You just keep doing what you did to lose the weight, only with a little more food. And more food is definitely easier! The forever part of it is kind of intimidating, but you just take it one week, one day, one meal, one bite at a time. Doesn't have to be so hard.
