First of all, a major congratulations to you for taking off the weight and keeping it off for so long. I'd say you have found what works for you. Ramping up the exercise is a good idea. Did you read in the national news this morning than women need to get 1 hour a day of exercise every day to maintain their weight without calorie deprivation? Gardening can do a good bit of that. When I get out to the garden (5 acres!), I'm sweating bullets in no time. The good thing is we gardeners have something beautiful and/or tasty to show for our "exercise".
I also go to the gym, but the garden is my first love.
