I am a mother of 2 teenage daughters, working fulltime as nurse, going back to school and trying to stay healthy and active and would love to lose that last 5 or 10 pounds. I have a group of friends that get together at least twice a week and work out, we usually so Jillian Michael videos or the dreaded p90x. We have been doing 5k races for a year. This is the start to our 2nd season. The challenge and encouragment among friends is intoxicating. I love it! We are always looking for more to add to our group and help ourselves and each other stay on track!
