I use OldMom as my screen name because that is what my granddaughter calls me. She is a dear, just turned three year old and I keep her when her mother is working. I also work part time for a nonprofit agency I used to run. Mostly I write grant proposals and reports.
I am over 80 pounds below my all time high and nearly 50 pounds below what I was 15 months ago. Maintaining has been a challenge for me in the past, but I'm really committed to it this time. Tracking is my greatest maintenance asset. My current goals center around reducing percent of body fat and increasing muscle.
