From now on, smaller cycles! Faster recovery from mess-ups! Otherwise known as "maintenance". You, too, are an inspiration!

Welcome to the team! You are an inspiration as well. Congratulations!!!
Welcome to the team! I should say, welcome to the club.
Most of us have lost this weight many times. But I know I will never be obese again!
This time we are all making it happen together!

Congrats to you! This team is wonderful! With maintenance comes a lot of "special" challenges that many people don't consider. It's great to have a place where you can get tips from seasoned maintainers and know that you're not the only one that runs into trouble after getting to your goal weight.

I feel inspired with you! You're the inspiration (not to sound too cheesy)! The more weight lost and the longer I've kept it off, the more motivational it's been. Great to see others are feeling the same.
Currently maintaining 120 to 125 pounds for nearly a year!
