Hi and wecome, Sparks is very user friendly, just wander around the site and you'll get the hang of it.
If you go to your start page in the drop down under My Tools towards the bottom of the start page you will see My spark diet,and that will take you through the whole procedure. Message Boarding is easy just join up and jump in. We're all very friendly and have all been where you are now so are very empathetic.

Okay hi, my name is Maria and I actually don´t understand whether I am supposed to create a new topic myself, or just post my message somewhere else. I am new to this!
