I am in basically good shape. I gained ten pounds this last year, some fat, some muscle. I was so underweight that people kept teasing me and it started to hurt. Now, I lift weights more and I've been drinking protein shakes post workout. I want to maintain all this, but I also love to eat and my metabolism is getting older and slower. I want to balance being healthy and living life - chocolates, wines, and all.
