Thank you MIAELIDAWN for finding me. Was feeling a little lonely. I joined sparks in May 2009. I have lost 53lbs to achieve my goal. Was not sure what to do after that. Looking forward to reading all your posts and getting advice on the best way to maintain my weight loss.
