That is fabulous! I hope we can be of assistance to keep you on track. I know just talking about fitness with others helps keep me motivated. I agree, a new goal is a good way to go. It keeps you motivated and is, IMO, fun!

This has been a long journey for me, and I know that maintaining that goal is another long journey. Last week I hit my goal of 165lbs, that is 89lbs lost from my highest point on 254lbs. I am excited to start trying to maintain my new look. But honestly I am a little scared.
