Found this site through another site and I love it! I already do some cardio, strength training & walking and try to eat healthy but with only two people in the house it isn't always easy to do.

I had a series of abdomen surgeries that did leave me with weakened stomach muscles that I have been trying to tone up. I am hoping this site will help get myself and my fiance' eating healthier.
