My walking partner is a recovering chemo patient getting over cancer of the appendix - a very rare cancer.
Her doctor advised her to walk as much as possible and today we are surprising ourselves and surpassing our wildest dreams at 10 miles. But we started with the first mile on day one.
I applaud your desire to get fit while on chemo. Did you ask your physician what is recommended for you and your type of cancer?

Hi and welcome. Hope all goes well with the treatment.
