I think we all do the up and down thing... it takes a long while if ever to be be able to maintain consistently (at least for me)

Hi, My name is Pam. I have been on a healthy lifestyle change for a year or better with up and down results. I think my problem has been my thinking. I have decided to start with baby steps of commiting to at least 3-4 x's a week of simple walking in the park. taking the stairs at work (2 flights a couple of times a day) streching..and replacing at least one meal per day with a protein drink. It's not an easy thing because I love comfort food!!! gimme a good pan of mac & cheese, you'll never hear a peep out of me! I have tried Medical Weight Loss Clinic..., weight watchers, and other failed things. Little did I know I what I need to do is have a total thinking overhaul!!!! I'm off to walk for my 2nd night this week....
