Congratulations on reaching your goal weight and losing 70 lbs! That is an amazing accomplishment!
To stop losing weight, you need to take in the same amount of calories as you burn, rather than creating a calorie deficit like when you are trying to lose weight. Continuing to exercise is key, but depending on what you were doing before, you may be able to reign it in a bit. You can slowly increase the calories you are consuming as well. This will all take some experimenting to see what works best for you and how your body reacts.
I highly recommend that you read the SparkPeople articles on maintaining your weight that TRYINGHARD60 suggested, they should be a big help.
