My main dairy is kefir (cultured milk, similar to yogurt, but runny) plain yogurt, and cheese (in small individual serving sizes, like string cheese or those baby bels) I'll use parmesan and feta as well in small amounts. This has been working for me, as I'm getting my dairy in most days!

Since I have been using the Nutrition Tracker, I am shocked at the sodium in cheese.

But I still love it emoticon

I love cheese but seriously limit myself at times, pizza and other foods like lasagna will add pounds to me quickly, but i still need the dairy!

I was concerned over whether I could do this challenge due to lactose intolerance...

Then I learned that I am already doing it! My breakfast is always cottage cheese with yogurt and that is 2 calciums!

WooHoo! It's fun being healthy!

Hello everyone, I decided to go with the dietary dairy challenge! I am not a big dairy person on account that I drank too much milk when I was younger and was put on a diet, who'd figure! But anyway, I am older now and need it, more so I will take the challenge!
