Try to get back to your old habit that worked for you if you can. The big breakfast to a small dinner sounds like a good idea, and it sounds like you felt good eating that way. I wonder if you are hungry at night now because you aren't eating that big breakfast (at least that's what I got from your second post...) Maybe if you can work that back in, you will feel better about maintenance.
Also, don't try to be perfect at it, you will have those days when you'll over do it, and you'll have days when you feel great, it's all part of the process, so don't beat yourself up, or get too overconfident, if you stick to what worked in losing, you should be successful at maintaining, it's about making healthier choices most of the time.

to the team!! I totally can relate, I've been in maintenance for about 7 months and it is SOOOO much harder than I thought it was going to be. Somedays it seems as if my hunger is a bottomless pit, I keep losing and re-gaining the same 5 pounds and I have no where near the same will power as I did while losing. Hang in there....we are all in this fight together!!
I feel like my body is out of control lately. I dont know what to think!! LOL Usually I eat a good breakfast(I love my breakfast!!),decent lunch, and small dinner with maybe a couple of snacks in between. Lately I'm not hungry until lunch and all I want to do is eat right before bed time. Its driving me crazy. I dont think I'm going over my calories bc I have upped my exercise. I guess I'm just frustrated bc I dont feel in control anymore....
Can I stay at this weight. I just recently reached my goal but maintenance seems really hard so far. Its kinda intimidating. It seems like since I actually reached my goal all I want to do is eat...Anyway, I'm April and I just wanted to say HI..
