I keep within my calorie range on healthy food and do exercise most days. I've been maintaining for about ten months and still find it hard some days but getting there.

I've been maintaining for over 3 years now. If I watch what I eat then maintaining is easy for me. It's all about making good food and exercise decisions.

I lost 54 pounds eight years ago and have maintained my current weight of 176 since then. Moderate carbs (about 100 grams a day) and exercise have been the key for me. What about y'all?
