Hi Everyone, I am new to the group and new to the maintenance phase. Boy, it's super scary. Feel like I am floating in uncharted waters and almost afraid to leave my house for fear of temptation! Not sure which parts of the ice are thin and which are sturdy. I'm apprehensive to feel confident I won't regain (I have regained weight so many times in the past). Don't want to creep back on like the majority of the population - want to find the secret of the 10% that keep it off. I also don't want to become obsessed with my weight or deny myself foods i love. I feel so bad for Oprah... I know what she has gone through. She has all the $$ and love in the world and couldn't keep it off. what does it take to make it a permanent lifestyle change? If anyone would have the magic solution it would be Oprah! Maybe she needs SP too!
Its all about portion control and moderation... it I want 3 cups of something tasty instead of 1 spoonful I have to figure out WHY WHY WHY. 1 spoonful tastes just the same as 3 cups - there is just more of it.
