Hi and welcome, it is a scary time and don't be surprised if you lose a bit more before you get the balance right. You look fabulous, congratulations on your success.

Maintenance is not easy because it takes manipulating calorie intake on a daily basis. But it's worth it. Does it get to be a pain? Sometimes it's an inconvenience. But since the alternative is low self esteem, not fitting in your clothes, being unhealthy - yeah, it's worth it.

emoticon to the team! I would suggest adding back the calories slowly and keep up with your exercise. My weight still fluctuates up to 4 pounds either way sometimes. If the scale goes up I drop back a few hundred calories for a week or so. Then if it goes to low I increase by 1 to 200 for a few days. It is a lot easier for me to gain then lose.

My goal weight was 119(pre-prego) and today I weighted in at 118.8! I can't believe I finally made it.

I am a little nervous to be here because I am scared that I will quickly gain the last pound or two that was so difficult to lose back! I plan on increasing my exercise and also calorie intake. To lose that last couple pounds I went to a strict 1200 calories a day diet and now I have to figure out how to maintain it with the right amount of calories without losing a lot more or gaining.

I am hoping I can find help though you guys who may be going through the same thing!

I am looking forward to meeting everyone and joining some challenges!
