Hi there! I'm overjoyed to announce that today, six months after I started tracking with SP, I am forty pounds lighter :-) And 48 pounds down from my all time high.

I am 4'11" and I now weigh 108 lbs for a BMI of 21.8, smack in the middle of "normal."

Here's to keeping it off. My maintenance range is going to be 105.6 to 111.4.
