Find your maintenance range and log, log log!
Pounds originally lost 29. Maintain weight between 73Kg (161lb) and 75Kg (167lb): ongoing.
My current goal is 75kg (167lb)
Cardio 5 times a week; Pilates once a week.
Mindfulness meditation 6 times a week at least.
It will take awhile to find your ideal calorie intake for maintaining. When you change your ticker on Spark, it will give you a suggested calorie range that might seem high at first. My suggestion would be to just be sure when you're adding calories that it's healthy stuff, like slightly larger portions of the good things you're already eating, or healthy snacks like dried fruit and nuts -- not Little Debbies and potato chips!!! Congratulations on making goal! When ever I start telling myself I don't need to track, I put on weight. Consistently tracking makes a huge difference for me.
... ... on making your goal.
Ease your calorie count up gradually, and make sure you remain active.

Are you still counting points? I would just slowly add more points in each week -- maybe start off with adding an extra 2-3 points per day for a week and then bump it up to 5 and so on. Make sure you are still hitting the exercise really hard, that makes all the difference for me!!
Congrats on your goal!!!

to the team! I would just add back calories very slowly. Maintenance can be tricky. I have been maintaining since June and my weight has ranged between 123 and 119. So whenever I see the scale start to go up I cut back for a few days. Oh, congrats on the weight loss!

hi there, I have been doing weight watchers for 2 months and dieting a total of 2.5 months in order to lose 21 pounds. Today I hit my goal of 115 lb (I'm 5 foot) and I'm so happy! I am scared about the maintenance part now... I am afraid I'll eat too much. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm already pretty active but I'm trying to change up my activity, such as switching from running every day to swimming, and doing aerobics on the weekends at the gym.
