That is a great accomplishment. You will get a lot of great info on this thread. I reached goal in December 06 and have been here since. Trust me when I tell you to ask away on the questions. Its what we are here for. I actually find maintaining to be much harder than losing. But thats just me. Keep doing what you have been and you will be fine.

Don't set your limits until you have tested them...

Hi everybody..

I joined SP in April, 2008 and I actually just reached my goal weight of 120 a few days ago. I joined this team hoping that I can find (and give) the same support I had when I was losing the weight.

It feels great to reach my goal weight, but now comes the most important part....keeping it!!
