HI, I've just returned from a ten week trip and am delighted to be at my goal weight. It has taken me since October/November to lose the weight and I'm determined to keep the weight off. I live in Melbourne, Australia, weigh in kilos and am a retired teacher. My hubby and I do a lot of four wheel driving and camping which is good fun since there are lots of challenging tracks here. I look forward to meeting everyone on the boards.

Hello to this group called Goal and Maintaining, This past middle of May, I got to my goal and got down to 129 and was so happy. But stress got in the way, my husband got laid off temporarily, I was not working and had no income, so yeah... I started eating the junks again out of frustration. Not a lot but enough to put me back up to 135... I have a job now, 3 weeks (new to it) and my goal is to lose 8 lbs. and stay and maintain for life... I will need the help and support. I am 50. I look forward to much support on my journey back to being healthy and fitting those new clothes I bought when I initially lost 45 lbs.... I will do it... I gotta pay my credit card off too...

Hi Everyone. My name is Pat and I live in Jacksonville, Florida. I love this cite. They have so much information to offer. I am a Step Aerobics instructor and Zumba instructor. Both of which I love. I look forward to anyone's input on how to make my classes better. I am a full time student at an online university and work a full time job, so my time is somewhat limited.
