Today I weighed in at 180 which is a loss of 3 lbs in about a week, I'll take it. at least I didn't gain. As I said yesterday, I am only weighing in once a week (Mondays) and working out twice a day. Its not easy, my diet is on the light side but I still am tempted to "binge" out on the wrong things. Making your goal weight is a great achievement!!! The hard part for me is not to gain and keeping my weight down below 180 is a full-time job. I do work-out with heavy-weights but I am not a bodybuilder. I know that my body fat% is 21% down from 29% one year ago. Still I have more to lose if only for the sake of my Blood Pressure.....Today was 130/79 which is low for my long history of high BP..... That's it for me....Good luck to everybody and thanks for reading my post today.....swalerroe7

Hi everyone.
I met my GW of 145 last week, and just decided there had to be spark teams for maintainers... so now I'm here. I have lost a total of 30 lbs. since January 4, 2008. My entire life has changed. I love my new eating habits, I enjoy everything I eat, and I have become more active than I could ever have dreamed of in my couch-potato days. Looking forward to keeping the weight off forever. This week is the first week of my forever! Helen
