If you go below your goal weight on your ticker, then change something on your Sparkpage, you will get a message when you try to save your changes that your weight is lower than your goal and you will have to change your goal weight on your ticker only to your current weight

Success consists of a series of little daily victories.

I believe you can change it yourself, just set your starting goal weight different and what you want to be as your goal. I only changed mine once a long time ago as I reached a small goal.

Yes, I think it does. I had mine set to 130lbs and it shows 129.5 and the sun after that at 126lbs.

Does the ticker move if you go below your goal weight?

I think its a matter of personal preference. I set mine to where I began when I joined SP to a goal weight of 130lbs , and now I'm about 4 lbs less than my original goal. I actually started at 190lb about a year and a half ago.

I've always thought that your weight ticker is totally up to you. It's whatever you want it to reflect. I've kept mine set from when I began losing weight. You can change it whenever you want, however you want.

I'm new to maintenance emoticon and have a question about the ticker.

Do you keep your ticker at the original weight, or do you now adjust it to reflect your maintenance range?

On one hand, I like the idea of seeing where I've been as a reminder of the hard work it takes to get to the goal. But on the other, a shorter maintenance range (for me perhaps 130-135) may keep me more focused. That little 5 lbs looks small when the range is wider.

Any thoughts?
